Services

One-on-one mcat tutoring

We offer one-on-one, individualized tutoring services that focus on your weaknesses. If you are feeling overwhelmed with how to start, we will guide you.

The MCAT is not only a test of your knowledge, but how you apply it. That means having the materials that focus on the information the MCAT wants you to know, practicing tests that will prepare you for the real thing and knowing how to increase your speed, stamina and focus. These skills will help well beyond the MCAT. We will show you which books to use, what to study, how to think and make the process both faster and easier.

Individualized study plan

You will not be given one-size-fits-all strategies that you find at other websites or Test Prep companies. And unlike a lot of other tutors, we only tutor MCAT and USMLE students. Our knowledge of the exam and medical school is extensive. We will work with you to create an MCAT strategy tailor-made for you – a strategy that builds on your personal strengths and addresses your weaknesses. This is one reason why we tutor individually and not in groups.

we have comprehensive, but organized lessons plans for the Physical and Biological Sciences, and will assign problems associated with the materials. We also have a VERY simple CARS strategy that has worked wonders for many students. We can help you as well, as long as you are willing to put in the work.

Application guidance

To get into the medical school of your choice, a great score should be accompanied by a strong application and a personal statement. We have helped hundreds of students with their personal statements and helped thousands obtain admission to a US allopathic medical school. This service has become even more important with the sharp spike in medical school applications in 2020 [1].

Our work does not end with your great score, our goal is to get you into medical school! We help create a timetable to complete all aspects of your application from writing an amazing personal statement to submitting letters of interest to help you get off waitlists. We can help make your personal statement unique and reflect the intensity of your passion for medicine. We are also available to answer any and all questions you have about the application process.

medical school preparation plan

This is our newest and one of our most important offerings. You have obtained a great score, have submitted your application and have a great chance in gaining admission to medical school. You have successfully taken the first step on your journey to become a great doctor. However, many students stumble at this part, unprepared for the rigor of medical school and competitiveness of the residency process. With Step 1 becoming Pass/Fail in 2022, a greater importance will now be placed on your Step 2 scores (still scored on a numerical scale), your clinical grades and extracurricular activities. A greater number of MD, DO and international medical graduates are applying for a limited number of residency spots each year. The competition for certain specialties such as Urology, Orthopedic Surgery and Dermatology is harder than ever. We want you to be one of the success stories.

Our medical school preparation plan includes doing a breakdown of your strengths and weaknesses and giving you the advice you need to excel in medical school. This includes introducing you to the best resources to use in medical school, and helping you avoid common pitfalls in studying techniques such as perfectionism. We will even help you create an efficient schedule in the time you have left before matriculation, so you have the time to enjoy yourself and while excelling in your medical school career.
